Client:
Citation Corp. is a privately held and headquartered in Novi, Mich. The company designs, develops and manufactures high-quality cast and machined components for the automotive, heavy truck, construction, agricultural and commercial industries.
Project:
Implement an integrated marketing communications campaign focused on internal and external communications, advertising and marketing.
Objective:
To position Citation as a strong, financially stable company poised for long-term growth in the automotive, heavy truck and industrial markets by communicating to its target audiences – employees, current and potential customers and shareholders.
Results:
- Media interviews and press releases highlighting various company announcements and initiatives have generated a circulation of more than 6.1 million during a six-month period.
- The creation of a quarterly newsletter regarding Citation’s accomplishments and improvements mailed to approximately 1,000 customer, representative and employee contacts.
- Customer letters mailed to approximately 900 contacts regarding Citation updates.
- Development of a half-page ad for placement in one of the automotive industry’s top-read magazines, reaching 60,000 supplier and OEM executives.
- Participation in leading industry events and tradeshows to reach current and potential customers, create brand awareness and exhibit cutting-edge foundry processes.
