This German company has its U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility in Warren, Mich.  The company makes flexible metal components for engine and exhaust systems as well as for use in general industry.  In August 2001, it opened a headquarters in the U.S. and is the number one supplier of these products in Europe.  The parent company is located in Pforzheim, Germany (near Stuttgart).
